Caring Partnership’s staff team is one of our strongest assets. We offer professional accredited training to all our staff team and ensure they all have an enhanced DBS (CRB) check. Following the interview process and compliance checks, all staff then attend the following induction programme linked to the fundamental standards:

• Accredited basic life support
• Medication awareness
• Moving and handling
• Health and safety
• Mental capacity awareness
• Safeguarding
• Fluids and nutrition
• Infection control
• Food safety awareness

The induction training programme is also linked to the Care Certificate, which is a mandatory award that all staff must complete. We also offer our team the opportunity to complete the QCF level 2 or level 3 Diploma in health and social care depending on job role. By supporting our team to complete this training it allows them to offer skilled care to enable people to achieve their optimum state of health and well-being.
