Caring Partnership Ltd are looking to expand on its existing professional Community Care Team in Leeds and surrounding areas.
We offer a number of contracts of employment dependant on vacancies, ranging from full time, part time to bank or zero-hour contracts.
For home care contracts of employment, the team work a 2 week rolling rota pattern, which involves working a rotational
weekend.
These positions offer an
excellent rate of pay £12.00 per hour from start to finish of shift (not just contact time), plus travel allowance for all mileage incurred during your working day.
A
fully paid comprehensive induction program including:
- Accredited basic life support
- Medication awareness
- Moving and handling
- Health and safety
- Mental capacity awareness
- Safeguarding of vulnerable adults
- Fluids and nutrition
- Infection control
- Food safety awareness
This training programme is then linked in with the Care Certificate and progression to QCF Level 2 and 3 diplomas in health and social care dependent on job
role. Other relevant specialist training will be made available to you during your employment with Caring Partnership to best meet the needs of our clients.
No
previous experience of working within the social care sector is necessary, however applicants must have good people skills, be honest and reliable. The role will see you supporting clients of all
ages in a number of different environments, assisting with a multitude of task's dependant on the client's needs. As the role is based in the community it is preferable that you have access to your
own transport, as you could be visiting multiple clients per day, however this may not be essential depending on our current vacancies.
