"Following our conversation yesterday and the update on my mum **** I just wanted to send an email of thanks for the care from Caring Partnership over the last 7 months. Don't think the words can express how grateful myself and our family are for the care she received. From the offset of the initial visit it was all so smoothly organised and I was overwhelmed by all the support she received, not just from the carers who visited her but also for the staff in the offices who were always so helpful, compassionate and nothing was ever too much trouble.
 
The absolutely amazing team of carers who attended my mum, who have been so kind, caring, committed and often went above and beyond to ensure my mum was cared for and safe at all times and always offered advice. As her dementia and confusion progressed they always made her feel safe, reassuring her throughout the visits and my mum was so comfortable and happy in their care. They always had time for her, chatted and listened to her throughout the visits and this made her always feel at ease and heard. The staff who I have spoken to working in the office over the last 7 months have always kept me updated, referred her for additional support when required, always flagged any concerns and wanted to ensure the best care for her.
 
I cannot thank you enough for what everyone at Caring Partnership did for my mum and I am truly grateful.
