COMMUNITY CARE

Community care can range from helping you go shopping, taking you to social activities, accompanying you to medical appointments or joining you for short break holidays.

One of our friendly team members will visit you at your home to establish your needs and discuss what care services you require; this meeting is completely free of charge. This is an informal chat and a chance for you to ask any questions you have.

Whether you simply require a one-off visit or a more regular service, together we will create a package tailored to your needs. Carers can visit as frequently as you like or for an agreed period of time, from 2 hour calls through to longer sit in sessions that may take most of the day. If you wish we can also support you to take short breaks away for you to get some rest and relaxation.

Providing you are confident we can meet your needs, based on the information gathered we will then create your personal support plan and agree a start date.
